how am i not suppose to fall forward in a cradle?

i am a cheerleader this yr. and they wanted me to be a flyer i have never been a flyer before so i was kinda nervous but we practice the basic thigh stand which was rl easy and then we went to a prep and everytime i got up their i wld usually fall forward i tried putting my toes at the top of my shoes that seems to help for bout 2 seconds then i fall again how can i prevent from at least falling forward.

hey!! make sure ur squeezing ur butt. keep ur shoulders back and just pretend like ur standing on the ground.and never ever look down!!
when u go to do a cradle dont try just let ur bases pop u and just lean back and itll turn out just fine. if this doesnt help aske ur coach what will help
